I work with ‘Packages of Care’ as opposed to ad hoc consultations, which may be different from other practitioners you have come across. Packages of Care are where we commit to a certain number of hours (dependent on your requirements). This has many benefits as it helps keep you motivated and shows our commitment to you health and wellbeing.
ME, CFS or Fibromyalgia
The Packages of Care I offer in conjunction with the Chrysalis Effect Programme are a minimum of ten hours.
Experience shows us that clients who commit to a minimum of ten hours have the best improvement in their recovery. This time can be broken down into 30-minute slots if required and consists of a mixture of nutritional therapy and wellbeing coaching. The benefits of these shorter, more frequent sessions means that we can address what is happening with you at the time and not six weeks later and I am able to modify your plan where necessary.
If you are feeling overwhelmed one week, then we can have a shorter session. The regular sessions will help monitor your progress and there is email support between sessions to answer your concerns as they arise.
Nutritional Therapy Packages of Care are where we commit to a certain number of hours (dependent on your requirements), which can be broken down into 30-minute slots if required. The benefits of shorter, more frequent sessions mean that we can address what is happening with you at the time and not six weeks later and I am able to address your personalised plan where necessary.
If you are interested in moving forward, you will be sent a Questionnaire, which will include your health history, your family history and current and previous medications and a 3-day food diary, which is to be completed and returned 3 days prior to our first session. Testing for food sensitivities, adrenals, thyroid etc can be arranged if required and is not included in the cost of the package. Email support between sessions is also included to answer any concerns you may have.
Wellbeing Coaching Packages of Care are a package of six sessions of one hour’s duration. Coaching assumes that you have all the answers within yourself and with skilful questioning the options available to you become evident. Wellbeing Coaching differs from other Coaching in that sometimes there will be things that you aren’t aware of (therapies, books, wellbeing exercises) that may help move you forward, so at the end of the session I am able to offer these suggestions.
Wellbeing Coaching is non-judgemental and non-directive and looks to the future. It is also action focused which enables you to take small steps towards your goal. I will be your 100% supporter to give you the confidence to make the changes you want. Email support between sessions is also included in this package to address any challenges as they arise.
There is no pressure to sign up to my packages. If you decide after our consultation that this is not for you then it will have been nice to get to know you. It is important to me that this is something you do because you want to invest the time and commitment in yourself. It’s then that results happen!
